The approach is built on the belief that leadership isn't theory. It's lived experience, drawing on real successes, mistakes, risks and resilience to help clients turn ambition into measurable results.
Jonathan's coaching is informed by experience across many industries, giving him a strong understanding of the commercial context behind different business scenarios.
